I always order through GrubHub and they have always been consistent and order my food the way I want it cuz I always have special requests and their food is so bomb best low-cost Chinese food in Reno. Crab Rangoons are the best!!!!!

With a handful of Egg Roll King's in town this one has the best customer service. The man at the register was friendly and offered me a free bottle of water on a hot summer day, I'm definitely throwing a couple dollars in the tip jar on my next visit.
I ordered the food for my friend so I don't know how the food tastes yet. I used the doordash app and placed a pickup order. In the app it would not allow me to select the same meat option twice so I put in the comments and ask them to do double sweet and sour chicken. When I arrive to pick up the order the the man at the counter was extremely enthusiastic, very polite and was like I made sure I had your double chicken for you and then even included double sweet and sour sauce for our egg rolls. I absolutely love that he took care of us. And his enthusiasm was refreshing
I really liked my experience. Ive been meaning to stop by here during my visits to Sierra Auto and never got the chance. Today was great, the lady greeted me as soon as I walked in alone, I let her know I would like to look at the menu she gave me time to look over the menu, when I walked up to the counter to have my order taken she was occupied in the back but the male employees in the back quickly communicated to her so she could come up and take my order. Once she took my order the food was prepped and out within 5mins. They have menus available for you to take, the restaurant is small but there's plenty of seating and it's affordable too! They also have restrooms, but only for customers as the sign in the front shows.

I rarely give five stars but the food was delicious. I asked for extra spicy and not only did it show up extra spicy but very very tasty not just heat. I will be back. Pic is mongolian beef.
